Trading basics

Norynta markets are questions with outcomes (often “YES” and “NO”). You trade outcome shares on an order book.

Walkthrough

  1. Browse markets and open an event you want to trade.
  2. Choose the outcome you want exposure to (e.g. YES or NO).
  3. Pick an order type: market for immediate execution, or limit to set your price.
  4. Enter size and submit. Your order matches with other traders on the book.
  5. Manage the position: you can close early by selling to lock in profits or reduce losses.

Buying

Buying “YES” shares means you’re taking exposure to the event resolving as YES. Buying “NO” means the opposite.

Selling

You can exit before resolution by selling your shares to other traders at the current market price.

Position value

Your position value changes with price movements. If the market moves in your favor, you may be able to sell for more than you paid.
