Interface Terms of Use and Risk Disclosure

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Norynta website, interface, APIs, content, or related services (collectively, the "Interface"), you agree to these Terms of Use and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Interface.

Norynta is an independent project and brand, not an incorporated company. References to Norynta in these terms mean the project, interface, and service operators responsible for the Interface.

These terms govern access to the Norynta Interface only. Blockchain networks, smart contracts, wallets, validators, RPC providers, indexers, oracle systems, and other third-party or decentralized infrastructure may operate independently of the Interface and may be outside anyone's direct control.

2. Nature of the Interface

Norynta is intended to function as a decentralized-finance-style interface for interacting with markets and related blockchain-based systems. The Interface may display information, facilitate connectivity, and help users submit or monitor transactions, but it does not guarantee execution, settlement, resolution outcomes, uptime, availability, or continued access.

Some functionality may depend on third-party software, networks, services, and community or governance processes. Those dependencies can change, fail, be delayed, become unavailable, or behave unexpectedly.

3. Eligibility, Lawful Use, and Jurisdiction

The Interface is not intended for use where access or use would violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions restrictions, or local rules. By using Norynta, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to access and use the Interface in your jurisdiction and under your personal circumstances.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to the Interface, participation in any market, signing of any transaction, or use of any wallet, protocol, or token is lawful in your country, region, or territory. Access is unauthorized where prohibited.

Norynta may restrict or block access from certain jurisdictions or for compliance, safety, abuse, sanctions, operational, or risk-management reasons. Use of a VPN, proxy, anonymization service, or other circumvention tool to bypass restrictions is prohibited.

4. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

Norynta does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, accounting, or regulatory advice. All information made available through the Interface is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied on as a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, guarantee, or assurance of outcome.

You should consult your own professional advisors before using the Interface or engaging in any transaction.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using the Interface, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with decentralized systems, prediction markets, digital assets, and blockchain-based transactions. These risks include, without limitation:

market volatility, illiquidity, slippage, partial fills, and total loss of value;
smart contract bugs, exploits, design flaws, economic attacks, or unexpected interactions;
cyberattacks, hacks, phishing, malware, social engineering, wallet compromise, or stolen credentials;
blockchain congestion, chain reorganizations, validator failure, forks, failed transactions, and stuck transactions;
oracle failures, inaccurate data, delayed data, bad source data, disputed market outcomes, or incorrect resolution;
downtime or failure of RPC providers, APIs, indexers, frontends, relayers, bridges, custody tools, or other third parties;
software defects, human error, governance decisions, upgrades, paused systems, disabled features, or breaking changes;
changes in law, regulation, enforcement posture, taxation, sanctions rules, or local restrictions.

You understand that transactions may be irreversible, that assets may become inaccessible, impaired, delayed, or worthless, and that no system is guaranteed to be secure or free from attack. You assume sole responsibility for evaluating every transaction and for any gains, losses, liabilities, taxes, or other consequences.

6. Wallet, Key, and Transaction Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallets, private keys, seed phrases, credentials, devices, browser environment, and signing activity. Norynta cannot recover lost private keys, reverse signed blockchain transactions, or guarantee that a transaction presented through the Interface is free from risk.

Before signing any transaction, you are responsible for independently reviewing the destination, contract, permissions, token approvals, fees, market terms, and consequences of the transaction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Interface or any related system. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, market manipulation, wash trading, unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, circumvention of geographic restrictions, unauthorized scraping or automation, introducing malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, interfering with service integrity, misrepresenting identity, or using the Interface in a manner that could harm other users or the ecosystem.

8. Suspension, Blocking, and Interface Changes

Access to the Interface may be limited, suspended, blocked, modified, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, for legal, compliance, security, operational, abuse-prevention, technical, or risk-management reasons.

Norynta is not obligated to maintain any feature, market view, API, or integration and may change, remove, pause, or disable functionality at any time.

9. No Warranties

The Interface is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Norynta disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, or that the Interface will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, or free of harmful components.

Norynta does not warrant that markets will resolve correctly, that data will be accurate or complete, that transactions will execute successfully, that access will remain available, or that losses can be avoided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Norynta and any contributors, developers, maintainers, publishers, interface operators, or service providers associated with the Interface shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, digital assets, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Interface.

This limitation applies whether the claimed loss arises from hacks, exploits, cyberattacks, unauthorized access, phishing, wallet compromise, smart contract failure, oracle failure, data inaccuracy, delayed resolution, third-party service outage, chain failure, regulatory action, or any other event, even if such risks were foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Norynta and any contributors, developers, maintainers, publishers, interface operators, or service providers associated with the Interface from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the Interface, violation of these terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of rights, or conduct that causes harm, dispute, or liability involving another person or system.

12. Changes to These Terms

Norynta may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Interface after any update becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
