Kalshi runs a real-money market on this question. Norynta mirrors it with play credits: it opened at the Kalshi price and settles exactly as that market does. Players and a labelled market tracker move the price from there. Think the crowd is wrong? Trade against it.
If, as of 11:59 PM ET on Mar 13, 2027, federal law treats a hemp-derived beverage intended for human ingestion containing 3 milligrams or more of Total THC per Container as lawful hemp excluded from the Controlled Substances Act definition of marihuana rather than as a Schedule I controlled substance, then the market resolves to Yes. The determinative question is whether the 3-milligram Total THC level qualifies as lawful hemp under federal controlled-substance law at 11:59 PM ET on the Resolution Date. FDA food-safety, labeling, or other regulation outside the Controlled Substances Act does not by itself affect resolution, and state law does not affect resolution. Total THC is measured under the federal statutory standard in effect at the relevant time: delta-9 THC plus 0.877 times THCA, plus any other THC isomers included in the applicable federal statutory measure. The full rules are on the Kalshi market. Resolution: this play-money market resolves to the same result as the official Kalshi market settlement, linked as this market's resolution source. Observation time: the source market's final settlement after trading closes at 2027-03-14T04:59:00Z (UTC). If the source market is voided, cancelled, or its result is unavailable or ambiguous, this market is voided and positions are refunded.
Forecasts and play credits have no cash value. At resolution each winning share pays 1 play credit and your calibration record updates.
