Community-created play-money prediction event.
Resolves to the bucket containing the highest air temperature reported by the National Weather Service station KIAH (Bush Intercontinental, Houston) on Tuesday, October 13 (2026-10-13), local time (America/Chicago), from 00:00 to 23:59. The value is the maximum of the station's observations published at api.weather.gov for that day, converted from °C to °F and rounded to the nearest whole degree (halves round up). Trading closes when 2026-10-13 begins in Houston. The market resolves after the day ends, once the observations are final, and the proposed result can be challenged for a few hours before payout. If fewer than 18 observations are published for the day, or the data is unavailable for 72 hours after close, the market is voided and credits are refunded.
Forecasts and play credits have no cash value. At resolution each winning share pays 1 play credit and your calibration record updates.
